Century partners globally with Alert Systems to fight againt Organized Retail Crimes (ORC)

Hangzhou Century signs global distribution agreement with the world market leader in metal and magnet detection systems for application in the retail industry. With in-depth technical cooperation with Alert Systems, Century will further enhance its market leadership by supplying its partners with world-class electronic article surveillance (EAS) systems with integrated features for identifying foil bags and metal trolleys. Century will also start to supply independent foil bag detection systems and systems for detecting illegal behavior to remove EAS hard tags from protected apparel with magnet detachers in fitting rooms. With all these efforts, Century will help retailers to effectively fight against more and more serious organized retail crimes (ORC), reduce shrinkage caused by shoplifting, and increase operating profit.
