Shareholding Optimization

A major restructuring has been completed, with General Manager Mr. Wei Naixu becoming the Company’s actual controller. His affiliated company, MASHANG TECH, will support collaboration in supply-chain efficiency, new business development, and global market expansion, including the optimization of eas tag recirculation processes.

Improved Operations and Governance

As of September 2025, the Company holds RMB 600 million in available cash, with financial indicators showing significant improvement. Organizational structures have been streamlined to enhance decision-making efficiency, quality management, and customer responsiveness.

Technology and Capacity Expansion

In 2024, the Company launched Phase I of its new manufacturing base in Cangnan, covering 220,000 square meters with an annual capacity of 1.5 billion RFID units. This positions the facility among the world’s largest RFID production hubs. The Company continues to advance RFID innovation and expand applications across both traditional and emerging industries.
