Century successfully held its 2026 Leadership & Target Commitment Conference on April 9–10 in Cangnan, bringing together senior executives and core team members from across the organization to align on strategy and execution for the year ahead.

The conference marks a significant milestone following the company’s completion of legacy issue restructuring, clarification of its controlling shareholder, and full strategic focus on the Internet of Things (IoT) sector. With a renewed strategic positioning, the company outlined its mid-term development goals and key priorities for 2026, reinforcing accountability through formal target commitments to ensure effective execution.
Chairman and General Manager Wei Naixu delivered the keynote address, highlighting the company’s transition from a phase of stabilization to one of proactive growth. He reaffirmed Century’s strategic focus on the IoT sector and its evolution from a product-oriented manufacturer to a comprehensive IoT solutions provider.

Mr. Wei outlined four key priorities for the company’s next stage of development:
· strengthening core business competitiveness
· advancing integrated RFID system capabilities
· deepening synergy between business and technology
· enhancing industrial collaboration
A clear three-year development roadmap was also presented, emphasizing disciplined execution and long-term value creation.

Further insights were shared by the executive team. Director and Deputy General Manager Wang Wanyuan provided a strategic interpretation based on RFID industry trends and competitive dynamics, clarifying directions for business expansion, technology development, and organizational transformation. Chief Financial Officer Qian Bencheng emphasized financial discipline as a foundation for sustainable growth, while Deputy General Manager Wu Weibin outlined market strategies targeting both domestic and international opportunities.
During the conference, sales leaders presented their regional strategies and growth plans for 2026, focusing on both deepening existing customer relationships and expanding into new markets.
Sales teams formally signed annual target commitments, reinforcing a results-driven culture and demonstrating strong accountability in delivering business objectives.

Cross-functional leaders also shared operational plans covering product development, R&D, supply chain management, manufacturing, and organizational support. Through open discussion and alignment, the company reinforced its commitment to improving end-to-end efficiency and strengthening integrated capabilities across the value chain.
