Hangzhou Century Plastic & Electronic Co., Ltd. was founded.
March 2004
The subsidiary company Hangzhou Century Security Science & Technology company was founded. In December, the R&D center was established and started the transition from OEM to ODM.
March 2005
The first alarming product T090A was successfully developed. In May,a computerized ERP was implemented for production management and the annual sales exceeded 1000 million Yuan !
March 2006
The variety of innovative products exceeded 100,and in May Century moved into the Techno-economic Park of Hangzhou City, with a new purpose built premises exceeding 15000 square meters. In November, we introduced manufacuring cell assembly line production to optimize labor capacity. In the same year, Century was awarded the Hangzhou Growing Innovative Enterprises Award, Shangcheng VIP Enterprises Award and Outstanding Patent enterprises Award.
July 2007
Century set up its own in house Electronic Production Department to take up large-scale production of electronic products. In December the ERP system was successfully upgraded. In this year, Century was authorized as a Provincial Patent Exemplary Enterprises, Hangzhou Industrial Information Application Experimental Enterprise, Hangzhou Growing innovative Enterprises, and Century’s R&D Center was acknowledged as a Hangzhou High Tech R&D Center. The annual sales of this year achieved to 2000 million Yuan.
June 2008
The subsidiary company Hangzhou Dihe Electronic Co., Ltd. was established, and a subsidiary company Hangzhou SiYue Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September. Century was approved as the First Hi-Tech Enterprises, Hangzhou Top 100 Foreign Trade Enterprises and Top 100 Innovation Enterprises. The AM Label project was enrolled in the China State Torch Plan in 2008 and 2009.
February 2009
Hangzhou Century held its first general meeting of shareholders. In March, the joint-stock company was formally founded. In November 2009, holing subsidiary company Jiangsu CAS-Century Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
April 30th 2010
Century listed on GEM in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Century became the unique in being the only listed EAS manufacturing company in China.
