In the following we explain the data processing of Huahai Pharma Europe GmbH if you have reported an undesirable drug effect (side effect) to us.

Purpose of data collection:Huahai Pharma Europe GmbH is legally obliged to inform itself about adverse events (e.g. side effects and interactions, lack of effectiveness), quality complaints and / or other aspects related to the safety or quality of Huahai products. Since reports of adverse events are important for reasons of public health, reports must be retained for at least 10 years according to legal requirements after the product concerned is no longer on the market in any country.
