In the following we explain the data processing of Huahai Pharma Europe GmbH if you have reported an undesirable drug effect (side effect) to us.

Purpose of data collection:Huahai Pharma Europe GmbH is legally obliged to inform itself about adverse events (e.g. side effects and interactions, lack of effectiveness), quality complaints and / or other aspects related to the safety or quality of Huahai products. If you provide us with information about Huahai products, we will evaluate your information (which may include data on your state of health or the state of health of your patient, side effects, year of birth, gender and treatment details such as hospitalizations, accompanying medication and, if applicable, your name) in this regard and check. Since reports of adverse events are important for reasons of public health, reports must be retained for at least 10 years according to legal requirements after the product concerned is no longer on the market in any country.

Right to information, correction and deletion of your personal data

You can contact Huahai Pharma Europe GmbH at any time to find out what data we have stored about you and for what purposes. In justified cases, you can also request the deletion, correction or restriction of the processing of your personal data.
