| Q: When T010/AM are hold near to system about 30 sec, they are deactivated and do not work again, Could you find better solution? |
A: When ferrite AM tag close to Sensormatic system for several seconds, the capacitor will flow up, but sometimes no shoplifter will do that! Unless competitor.
Anyway, we developed a new special capacitor that can avoid flowed up by existing Sensormatic system. |

| Q: Is there any smallest tags can be available? |
| A: Our T053 (MSN Message) is the smallest tag in the world, the dimension is 25mmx23mm, which can be available in RF and AM. The ferrite inside is 18mm length, the detection range is about 1.05-1.22m for the RF version, 0.8-1.0m for the AM version. |
